Acquire and renovate properties, often in low income communities, primarily for development as rental housing (single or multi-family). Deteriorated and mismanaged properties, often vacant or with high vacancy rates, are transformed and returned to productive use. Blighted communities are improved and at risk neighborhoods are stabilized, all while providing significant returns to investors.


Conservative in Nature (all cash purchases of low risk properties) – Value Strategy (properties purchased at deep discounts) – Cash Flow Driven (purchases must cash flow positive at purchase or completion) Renovation/Reposition Driven (all purchases must contain the need for repair or transformation)
